Street trees are now being included in plats to meet Code requirements for: PRD landscape design; SEPA mitigation; and tree retention.

Purpose

Unlike a typical blog this information is meant to be read from top to bottom as a single report.

This presentation outlines the general characteristics of “existing conditions”, in terms of how our subdivisions look and function. Click here to see the 22 min video of this report.

The intent is to provide information and generate discussion regarding opportunities to improve the livability of our community through revisions to our Subdivision Codes.
